Making good changes READ AND SUGGEST

ok i have time to thing of changes to make to server soo read:p and make some suggestions on what you like and what you would like!
1)Ima make skillcapes need requirments like 99 of that skill..and maybe some other items that you can think of?
2)Ima try to add a thing so you can pickpocket other players lol.
3)Ima add a server panal which is a panal that is at top left of screen and it displays server infomation:P
4)Change some item prices..idk any but you can think of some
5)Well i found out to make a npc tele you after you die..so i can make a minigame..suggestions please!!!
6)Ima make some staff only items!woo
7)Ima make it so you keep items when you die while PKING
8)Add some barrows not a mingame but a cool LITTLE thing:P
9)I think this source has a jad minigame like real rs so if it does ill make it to open
10)ima fix thieving
11) make a command for rune ess
12)Adding c'bow spec
13)Adding D2h spec
14)Making wc a slower skill
14)Member pk spot
15)61 wc for d axe
16)Adding Mb..no rules

welll heres somthing i can....there is already another pking place that has no rules its mage bank..so i can make edge and varrock keep ur items when u die then mb will be no rules:Pgood enough?
